  UK Orders

The majority of our UK items are dispatched using First Class Royal Mail, but our prints are delivered via Royal Mail Signed For® and require a signature upon delivery. 

Orders over £40 to the UK are delivered FREE of charge.

On orders below £40, the delivery costs associated with your order can be found on the final screen of the ordering process before you submit your order to us.

We aim to deliver within 1-3 working days from dispatch, sometimes your order can arrive quicker, but during busy times it may take longer, so be sure to drop us a line if you need your item super-quick and we’ll do our best to help. For customised, made-to-order items, please check within the individual item description for estimated delivery times.

  Republic of Ireland Orders

The majority of our ROI orders are dispatched using Standard International Royal Mail, but our prints are delivered via International Tracked & Signed Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery.

Orders over £40 to the ROI are delivered FREE of charge.

On orders below £40, the delivery costs associated with your order can be found on the final screen of the ordering process before you submit your order to us.

  International Orders (outside the UK and Republic of Ireland)

The majority of our international orders are dispatched using Standard International Royal Mail, but our prints are delivered via International Tracked & Signed Royal Mail and require a signature upon delivery.

We aim to deliver within 3-7 working days from dispatch within the EU, and within 10-14 working days from dispatch for other destinations, but during busy times this may be longer, so be sure to drop us a line if you need your item super-quick and we’ll do our best to help. From ordering to dispatch

As we stock a selection of ready-made and made-to-order items, the dispatch time can vary from item to item. We promise to drop you an email when your order has been dispatched, but if you want to imagine the journey of your item from ordering to dispatch, please reference our table below;

Packaging

All of our products are packaged in protective cello-wraps, and packed comfortably in a rigid board-back envelope (or sturdy box if relevant) for extra protection.

We want you to fall in love with your purchase from us so if you have a problem with any of our products, then please do drop us a line and we'll do whatever we can to make things right.

Returns

We can accept returns of any of our products (except customised items) within 28 days of purchase. However, we can only accept items that are unopened so they retain their condition. Customised products cannot be returned unfortunately due to the nature of the product, unless there is a fault or damage. 

Damage

If your order is damaged when it arrives, please let us know within 5 days so we can get a replacement out to you super quick! In some instances, we may request photographic evidence of the damage so we can work out how it happened and take steps to further improve our packaging.

Exchanges

We will be happy to exchange products (except customised items), should you be unhappy with your purchase.
