If you've read my story, you'll know that I've experienced depression of the darkest kind. I know how it feels to feel both helpless and hopeless at the same time, and with no idea how to escape the persistent black cloud that weighs on you. But when I discovered therapy and spoke to someone impartial; a professional with a non-judgmental ear, tiny breaks in that crazy-dense cloud slowly began to appear. They began to shine little beams of light on the happy-go-lucky Kerry that had been hidden for so long. That support has unquestionably impacted my life, my mental health and my future.

so that's why it's a huge part of my business to give a lil' something back – to make sure other's can get the help they need too.

There are so many amazing charities out there quite literally saving lives, but I choose to donate a percentage of my profits to Mind because they do freaking incredible work quite frankly!
