What an exciting few days it's been at Kerry Lyons HQ since launching on Monday. Wheeew. Your response to our launch product range, your inspired orders and your glowing feedback of the site have just been so very lovely, I'm so so grateful. I feel like I owe you all a beer or something...maybe if I'm feeling flush after a few more orders ;)
So now you guys are getting a feel for what the Kerry Lyons brand is and what we do, I'm thinking you might just be a wee bit curious as to how it might feel having a slice of Kerry Lyons in your life. In a what-do-I-get-how-do-I-get-it kinda thing.
Well, besides the practical aspects of how your order arrives, when you receive your item, we hope it's evident to see how much care and affection we pour into each delivery. We're grateful for each and every purchase, big or small, so if you ever don't see that care in your purchase, please do let us know because you deserve it, and we want to make sure you get it.
We also aim to package all our products in such a way that they arrive into your hands in the exact same way they leave ours. We're not naive to the occasional mishap that may occur in transit as we unfortunately can't hand-deliver each order (although, can you imagine how awesome that'd be?), and if you're unfortunate to be on the receiving end of one of these mishaps, again please do let us know because we want to know if we can improve our processes in any way. We don't intend to rest on our laurels at any point and get lazy, we're hellbent on ensuring your experience with us is awesome each and every day. So what are we doing at the moment to try and prevent these 'transit mishaps'? We're going straight to the source – the posty :)
All of our packages are given [what we call] the Kerry-Lyons-puppy-dog-eye stamp, which quietly and sympathetically requests that they 'Please be gentle with me'. The stamp seems to have been very successful so far with packages arriving perfectly and customers saying they're delighted, and it's even managed to rouse a wry smile from Ms. Post Office Lady.
So how about we make a deal – you guys be 100% honest with me at every touch point so I can fix anything that may need fixing, and I 100% promise to do everything in my power to make you feel warm, welcome and wanted and excited to come back for more. Deal? :)
